Why don't the USB sound card and USB to DB9 adapter come with or sell them on the store web site???

The reasons why I don't include the USB sound card and the USB to DB9 adapter are:

1). For me to be able to sell them for the price you can buy them on ebay I would need to order a lot of them!
2). I don't have the time to offer tech support on those items.
