YES! This interface board is plug and play for the Retevis RT97S or ANY clones of the Retevis or Midland mxr10 GMRS two-way radio repeaters!! Plug and play means you don't have to build/solder/do wiring etc.! You just need to set up the software!!

NOTE: You do need a computer, USB to DB9 adapter and a USB sound card which is sold separately!!!
