The volume controls that are on the interface board is ONLY fine-tuning for the sound coming from the repeater!!which will affect sound going to ALL software!! So it's best to adjust the sound within the program/software you are using, doing it this way will let you have the right volume levels for each program/software you are using!!
NOTE: I have never had to adjust them!! The sound levels in the programs/software were all that I need to adjust!!!
