After some checking the best one for me to use in my area is United States Postal Service (https://www.usps.com/) the package will have a tracking number and will have shipping insurance.

NOTE:
I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages!!!
All shipments are shipped using USPS with tracking number to the address you provided when ordering, SORRY can NOT ship to P.O box address!!!
I have no control over your package once it is handed/placed/given to the USPS!!!
